Disq primarily integrates with Changelly (operated by Quoprotech LTD) for cryptocurrency exchange services. By using Disq, you acknowledge that:

• Transactions are processed by Changelly under their terms of service
• You may be subject to Changelly's KYC/AML verification requirements
• Changelly maintains comprehensive compliance and monitoring procedures
• Transaction processing depends on Changelly's operational status

4.2 Transaction Processing

All cryptocurrency transactions are processed through our exchange partners. Transaction times and confirmation requirements depend on:

• Network congestion and blockchain confirmation times
• Exchange partner processing procedures and compliance checks
• AML/KYC verification requirements
• Market conditions and liquidity availability

4.3 Compliance and Verification

Our exchange partners may require:

• Identity verification for transactions above certain thresholds
• Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk transactions
• Source of funds documentation
• Compliance with local regulations in your jurisdiction

Exchange rates and fees are provided by our exchange partners and may include:

Your use of Disq is also governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must comply with all Discord policies while using our Service.

When using Disq in Discord servers, you must also follow the rules and guidelines established by server administrators and moderators.

7.3 Bot Permissions

Disq operates within the permissions granted by Discord server administrators. We only use necessary permissions and respect all Discord API guidelines.
